There are two types of the boards available:

  • Type A – Standard Light Board: Steady illumination for a clean, uniform look.

  • Type B – 'Failing Light' Board: A flickering, unstable effect of one of the 'sections' to simulate a failing light source for added realism (shown installed in the image above).

Installation is simple — each board mounts behind the top section of a cargo hold wall and comes with a connecting cable.

Both boards have a potentiometer to adjust brightness and can be connected in several ways: through the AUX LED2 connector on the controller, the bypass connectors on the LED Power Distribution Boards, with a mini splitter for multiple sources, or directly to any 5V power supply.

The photos below show the cargo hold walls before and after installation of the lighting boards. This comparison highlights the difference in appearance with the lights off and with the boards in place.
